This website is owned and operated by Amocnis. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the website (www.amocnis.com) and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors written materials in the form of blogs, webtoons and/ or books and digital and physical merchandise in its store. By accessing or using the website and our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms as well as, the terms stated in the Terms of Use and the Privacy & Cookie policy.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Sales of product and/ or services
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method or otherwise stated for that particular product/ or service offered.
Any other information relating to the sales of product and / or services will be given during the process of sale.
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3 – 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 5 – 20 business days
● Europe: 8 – 20 business days
● Australia: 8 – 20 business days
● Japan: 8 – 20 business days
● International: 20 – 30 business days
Shipping Details
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it will be delivered to the address given.
- Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Shipping Cost - is usually included in price given for product unless otherwise stated
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.
Here's what to do if the following occurs:
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at admin@amocnis.com with your order number.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at admin@amocnis.com within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Our Return policy
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at admin@amocnis.com
- It is best to contact us at admin@amocnis.com before you return any product so you can be informed on the proper procedure to return the item(s).
-Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at admin@amocnis.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund.
Our Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at admin@amocnis.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
In case you receive a defective/damaged product, please contact us at admin@amocnis.com within 2 weeks after the misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received.
